1. Did this local appointment exist? If zero or two candidate instants, inspect gap/fold policy. Owner: schedule/product.
2. Did scheduler select the policy-selected instant? If no, inspect zone/rule/conversion. Owner: scheduling integration.
3. Did execution occur within allowed delay? If no, inspect queue and worker timestamps. Owner: operations.
4. Same occurrence executed twice? Inspect delivery identity, independent of formatted local clock labels.
5. Business date allows only one result? Test that application constraint separately.
Acceptance: boundary-date previews, occurrence IDs, delayed delivery and repeated delivery are separately verified.
